Brenda is passionate about building strong partnerships by being honest and fair to both client companies and client candidates. She has built solid relationships for over 20 years in the Denver area and still works with clients she started with over 20 years ago.
Brenda opened Hire Connections in 2005 with the goal of providing excellent service by raising the bar in the staffing industry. With experience in both Large National staffing companies to the more intimate boutique setting she has created an environment that has been founded on creating lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. Hire Connections has continue to grow each year, and it is from the strength of these partnership based relationships.
Brenda lives in Centennial with her husband Mark, and their two daughters Josie and Marisa Joy. The family enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, traveling in Colorado and occasionally to Hawaii, and hanging out with friends and family whenever possible.

With a passion for finding and attracting talent, Donna’s full life-cycle recruiting background includes corporate, staffing and classroom size training environments working with diverse clientele in regional and national capacities. Donna has extensive experience supporting the public, private and educational sectors with the hiring process, career development, talent acquisition, and both employee and client engagement by evaluating and assessing opportunities, initiative and a competitive drive that provides an asset to your bottom line.
As your dedicated business partner, Donna provides results by having a strong sense of urgency and the desire to have an immediate impact on your business. When Donna is not recruiting, she enjoys the outdoors by water/snow skiing, boating, hiking and off-roading with her family. She is an animal lover, a people person and loves to travel.
Coming from a background in Recruitment, Cortney transitioned into our Office Manager role, taking on the Human Resources side of the business to assist the company reach its goals with successful onboarding, policies, and procedures. Her passion is building a strong connection with not only the clients, but every interview that walks through the door to ensure every experience is exceptional.
