Brenda is passionate about building strong partnerships by being honest and fair to both client companies and client candidates. She has built solid relationships for over 20 years in the Denver area and still works with clients she started with over 20 years ago.
Brenda opened Hire Connections in 2005 with the goal of providing excellent service by raising the bar in the staffing industry. With experience in both Large National staffing companies to the more intimate boutique setting she has created an environment that has been founded on creating lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. Hire Connections has continue to grow each year, and it is from the strength of these partnership based relationships.
Brenda lives in Centennial with her husband Mark, and their two daughters Josie and Marisa Joy. The family enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, traveling in Colorado and occasionally to Hawaii, and hanging out with friends and family whenever possible.
Brenda’s foundation is based on honesty, faith, family and lasting partnerships with her clients.
With over 20 years of experience in all facets of staffing, Linda Minnick joined Hire Connections as our Business Development Manager in 2012. She also has experience as a corporate recruiting manager. Linda enjoys learning about companies and finding ways to help them with their unique staffing challenges. Linda and her husband Steve love to golf, spend time with their family and travel.
With a passion for finding and attracting talent, Donna’s full life-cycle recruiting background includes corporate, staffing and classroom size training environments working with diverse clientele in regional and national capacities. Donna has extensive experience supporting the public, private and educational sectors with the hiring process, career development, talent acquisition, and both employee and client engagement by evaluating and assessing opportunities, initiative and a competitive drive that provides an asset to your bottom line.
As your dedicated business partner, Donna provides results by having a strong sense of urgency and the desire to have an immediate impact on your business. When Donna is not recruiting, she enjoys the outdoors by water/snow skiing, boating, hiking and off-roading with her family. She is an animal lover, a people person and loves to travel.
Cori brings a solid reputation and recruiting expertise that is inclusive of 18 years involving staffing and corporate recruiting to our team. As the Director of Recruiting at Hire Connections she specifically impacts Hire Connections business in the areas strategic candidate recruitment, account management, recruiting team management, coaching and development.
Cori excels at orchestrating the entire employment experience - from both sides. She works with professionals like yourself who are seeking partners to assist them in their job search, and is also very involved with developing and maintaining client relationships. Throughout her career Cori has been focused on placing professionals in temporary, and direct hire positions in a broad variety of positions, and skill sets across a wide range of industries. “I am passionate about working with people and derive great satisfaction finding the right fit for both candidates and our clients.”
She is excited to be part of the Hire Connections team as we continue to expand our footprint adding value and service to our candidates and customers. Interesting facts about Cori; she has a strong connection to the Eiffel Tower, is a bread snob, loves big dogs and traveling.
Kaylynn started with Hire Connections in 2015 as an outside associate, and has had the opportunity to work with many of our clients in a variety of roles and has built strong relationships.
She is the friendly voice or face that will greet you when you call or visit. Kaylynn is responsible for the office running smoothly and ensures that it's kept cohesive. Her organizational, attention to detail, customer service and professional demeanor make her an asset to the company.
Kaylynn moved here six years ago from Utah and loves living in Colorado. She loves to hike and has even summited a few 14ers. She is very active and is always looking for her next adventure. She prides herself in working out and being healthy. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
